These are supposed to be Java chip frappes. One with oat milk and no whip cream. I’m trying to figure out why Ariel put the chocolate chips on top instead of blending it in like a Java chip is supposed to be. Don’t come here unless you like inconsistencies. Have to get on the road so I’m taking this as a loss or else would have went back.

Shoddy Service and Lukewarm Latte is what I experienced from this outlet. The salesperson was busy doing his inventory rather than rendering whole-hearted service. Not worth it for the value, quality and service. Hate to write negative reviews but couldn’t help in this case where no effort was made to rectify the issue – what I got was Sorry- nothing can be done.

This was at the salmon creek location. Nice staff. I was exhausted. They may notice at least the seemed faster than most places & just as I ordered. I think I had 2 free refill. When I felt myself again cheated a bit. I am not a regular in fact last time l was there I was another brand also good but hard to beat StarBucks.

Personally I think that they’re a bit overrated. Every time I have been to a location some how my order is incorrect. I have started to stop at no chain coffee stands that take pride in getting my order right the 1st time. Especially when I have already waited in a 15 minute line to get my coffee and drive off with it wrong and unable to turn around or be late, I just stopped all together going to Starbucks unless its a gift card. Its not worth the aggravation.

Good place to stop for a quick coffee. It is right inside of Safeway so i can grab a drink on my way out of the store. Always friendly staff. If you want to sit and drink your coffee there they have a small seating area in the front of the store as well.

I am so tired of this Starbucks! I was a regular until Dutch brothers moved in. I have a distinctive voice and order. Grande non fat one pump hazel nut latte for the past 11 years. Never once have I been remembered or asked my name except when my daughter worked there for two of those years. I went to Dutch bros 4 times in a month and they totally remember me. I enjoy Starbucks but will go to different locations. The last barista was too rude to even post about.
