Great first impression, was helped by some baristas named Kassie and Ana they were both friendly and very helpful. I like the seating in this location, very comfortable and spacious. Great venue for company meetings and such or a daily brunch. Totally recommend!

Most of these reviews are over a year ago or 3-5 years ago. So, I decided to go there for a more recent experince. And, I’ve realized that these workers do try to give customers the best they can, by serving coffee, bakery goods or even cookies. There customer services are top-tier when they try to correct their wrongs and even take special requests for anybody that doesn’t like or wants something extra with their coffee/drink.

Bartenders are nice and the little bakery they have has good options. If your looking for perfect drinks, I wouldn’t really recommend this place. The drinks are decent and there are different locations that make them better.

The girl at the register was great. It took over 20 minutes for them to make my drink… There was only one person in line in front of me. There were 3 people behind the counter. I get the register gal being busy but the other two were goofing around splashing each other with water instead of making people drinks. If I hadn’t already paid I would have just left and said nevermind. Not going here again. I’ll make the extra trip to another Starbucks and avoid the concept of one stop shopping.

Ordered a hot mocha grande several times. Could barely taste the chocolate. This was Leavenworth Starbucks. Will order from them again as Leavenworth doesn’t have a lot of Espresso stands. I will address the lack of flavor. Nice workers though.

My experience this morning was the worst customer service I have ever had! I had went in for a special cup I knew that they had, the lady behind the counter told me that she didn’t have any and then the manager of startbucks that was working said they had some in the back but wasn’t going to bring any out for me. Which is very unexceptable. And on top of that they made my mothers drink wrong entirely. I will never come to this Starbucks again! And I hope that Starbucks takes a look at who they make managers of their stores!

I don’t understand how people get away with such sad costumer service. I walked in this evening, no one else was there. I stood in front of the register and waited for one of the girls to just acknowledge that I was standing there. I made eye contact with both and neither said anything at all. They continued to avoid me until I asked if they were open. They said yes. Still they continued to do as they were. So I asked if It’d be ok if I ordered. At this point I was a bother… you could sense the tension. (I’m not exaggerating) When receiving my change the girl drops it in my hands. The other makes my drinks, then puts them on the counter as if she was the one that had reason to be disgusted. Ew

I normally dont complain about these things. Barista had a great attitude. Seems like there is poor management. They were out of grande cups for the hot drinks, lids–which would’ve been nice to know ahead of time–having to walk through the parking lot very slow in order not to spill. The milk used for the drinks tasted a bit sour.
