1 hour for a coffee today 8/27/23. One store in the airport wasn’t open an hour after they were scheduled to. The other location took an hour to get an iced coffee. Terrible. If you can’t staff it shut it down and let another business get the revenue and take care of their customers. #trash

It’s ridiculous that my normally $6 drink was over $9! I get that it’s an airport, but they charged me the regular price for the drink, then charged $2.45 extra for “blonde” espresso. I’ve never been charged for blonde vs. regular at any other Starbucks. She should have at least told me first.

Two Turkey bacon sandwiches undercooked. Not edible. Very disappointed. Surprised it wasn’t busy, and still received food we couldn’t eat for safety. Literally just take the time to cook the food. You are making people sick!

If you’re lucky enough to arrive early and use concourse A/B at Spokane International Airport, you might have time to visit the star attraction in the center of the rotunda – Starbucks! Order your favorite beverage and sit in a comfy leather chair for a few minutes to relax before embarking on your journey.

This place is a joke. The website says they open at 4 and the baristas didn’t roll in until around 4:15/4:20 then said they won’t open until about 4:45/5. They weren’t very nice either.

❄During our wait we purchased items (or tried) twice. The first time the cashier was great, warm & friendly and the coffee maker staff person made my drink well and our food items were ready super quickly.
