Service is usually okay but the quality of their cold brew is so so bad. Their base coffee is super gross. They really need to up their basic coffee game. Scooters has much better cold brew and consistently fast and friendly service. I will avoid going here from now on.

It’s Starbucks! I am glad Hy Vee brought one into Vermillion. The service is friendly. The wait time can suffer. The reason I can not go 4 stars is simple. They don’t have ceramic cups for espresso. If you are serving espresso it’s important to serve it in the proper vessel.

So happy a Starbucks opened in Vermillion! Located inside the Hy Vee, this Starbucks offers several tables and a handful of booths to sit at. It shares the dining space with Hy Vee, so the tables are longer with more seating rather than individual tables you usually see at a Starbucks. In addition to drinks and snacks as usual for a Starbucks, there’s also a selection of Starbucks cups, travel mugs, ground coffee, and K cups to choose from.
