This is definitely one of the higher end Starbucks I’ve been to, thanks to the prime location. It’s spacious, has both indoor and outdoor space. Lots of small tables and chairs, and the typical long table. Great environment to get some work done, or simply just chill. It’s very clean. It can be a little bit busy so a quick grab n go in the morning probably wouldn’t work out well, but there is mobile order at the time. Enjoyed my AM here.

I’ve been here a few times since it’s walking distance from my place and I really wanted to love it but they fall short every single time.

I had some time to kill as I was waiting to get going for an appointment I had in Tampa and I picked to chill out at this Starbucks. The area around seemed pretty nice and busy, I found the staff polite, my coffee tasty and sitting inside is really convenient for doing some laptop work or just chilling. However, sitting outside is not that great if you are looking for some quietness, as the area is pretty busy as I already mentioned and I found tables dirty and covered in food and beverage stains, which is from what I saw probably due to random people just using tables and chairs outside for eating their lunches during the breaks.

Hardworking people, FRIENDLY staff!! Although it was busy this morning, it was the fastest service I’ve ever received with clean environment! Keep up the good work, definitely will be coming back soon.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years, today for my “no ice” cold brew black coffee, I anxiously walk in to pick it up and I noticed it was filled 3/4 of the way. I anticipated this was the last of their cold brew coffee prepared, but NOPE. I was informed since it’s a “no ice” ask, that they only fill it to the predetermined fill-line. For a company, global company at that, such as Starbucks to not fill the cup to the top, especially when spending 5+$ for a black coffee with no additional additives is 100% unacceptable. Zero “stars” for today’s visit.

I just had some girl take my order and it was so pathetic, I asked how the burrito was and she said she doesn’t eat egg, then I asked her about the espresso and she just laughed. I literally said wow in my head and said I’ll take two of the sausage egg sandwiches, and I get home with… not sausage egg sandwiches. ‍♂️ ‍♂️ ‍♂️ ‍♂️ maybe better training for such a simple task

Wow was their staff rude. The cashier got our order wrong and then when we spoke up, blamed us and said we were the ones who ordered it wrong. What?? When visiting Tampa I will not return to this Starbucks.

I was sitting in the store this afternoon and noticed a group of preteen girls go up to the counter to order drinks. They looked so happy to be doing something grownups do and I couldn’t help but watch them and reminisce a bit. There was a complication with their payment but Jamie was so incredibly kind and helped them without hesitation. (I’d also like to note that I’ve seen plenty of adults in the same situation and they were politely declined.) The girls were none the wiser and left smiling ear to ear with their grownup Starbucks cups in hand. Jamie could’ve easily declined them but I’m sure he knew that they didn’t have an alternative form of payment and would’ve had to leave empty handed and embarrassed. He made them so happy with such a small act of kindness and Starbucks should be proud to have such a kind and intuitive person on staff. People who do the kind thing when they think no one is looking are hard to find and Jamie certainly seems like one of the good ones.

“Mars” a barista that works there needs to learn how to shake her refreshers. Every time I come in she never does.
