I didn’t get any food but the ppl I entered the establishment with had zero complaints abt the items the purchased to consume. Drinks made quickly in a stealthy environment where you have just a few mins to check your phone before your name is called. Then back to your daily grind with the much needed caffeine filled coffee or a slushy type of tropical drink to cool you down in hot downtown summers. Amazing staff!

I have never been in this starbucks before.ill NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!! The ONLY REASON why I had too was cause my son was staying at kosair hospital. I went in there and the guy was REALLY RUDE!! This is one of the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to! They literally have one person on the register and one person making drinks every morning when they probably have most of their customers. There are 14 customers in here waiting for their drink or to order… I’m typing this review as I wait in line to order… it has already been 5 minutes…

As a celiac,there is very little I can have here. Starbucks needs to work on that! I can have tea,and the dessert made from cereal. Salads would work,but dressings don’t. I miss hanging out in coffee shops though. My late best friend and I used to go to Starbucks often.

Store is only open from 8am – 2pm. Breakfast sandwiches are not ready in the morning and was told it would be several hours until they were. So you can’t serve breakfast sandwiches until lunch time? Never heard any Starbucks tell me that before.

I was appalled during my first (and last) visit to this Starbucks. There were two barista’s working the front and other employee walking between a back room and the front. While myself and other customers were ordering, the two barista’s began berating the employee who was restocking supplies. They yelled at her to get more supplies and sneered at her when she said she would bring them on her next trip back to the front. The woman looked clearly distressed and the other two employees were laughing to themselves. Their behavior was abhorrent and they clearly cared very little about how customer’s experienced their behavior. I sincerely hope someone steps in and provides some major correction to what must be a terribly hostile working environment.
