I used to dread going to this Starbucks cuz it took forever and my orders were often wrong, I gave it another try today, it feels like it might be under new management or something because it was a very pleasant experience. The workers were very friendly and even had delicious samples to try. My ham and cheese croissant was cold in the middle, so I could not give it more then 4 stars

Gorgeously decorated store. They have setup two separate lines for in store order and online pick up. One of the sitting corner is open for public. They also have few outdoor seating booth.

Although small compared to NYCs location, this location offers different sitting areas. Love to sit by the bar area, outside or if by myself l prefer the couche area. Busy but quiet, perfect to work, read and study. Lucky to have this location so close to home ❤

While the product was good, the service was impacted by the number of 10 to 12 year olds in the store. The 25 or 30 of them impacted the staffs ability to service all of their customers. Stay away from 3:30 to 5:00.

I am a big supporter of Starbucks and have been to many. However, The Closter Reserve is my favorite. The drinks are made to perfection, and they have a unique reserve menu. The people are always friendly, and the dining area is modern yet cozy, and a great place to sit and people-watch. Clean, well run, and consistent with excellent service and products. A reflection of great management!
