Entire waiting staff is rude and unprofessional. Prices are outrageous for the low-quality food. I ordered rib tips and received normal ribs. 16$ for this plate?… Their beer tap lines were down, My friend ordered a Stella 22oz and received a 12oz but was charged for the bigger size bottle, He also paid 25$ for a Cheeseburger that was almost raw with a single beer and palm size serving of fries. Half the food items on their menu they weren’t able to serve, their digital only menu is a mess and misleading. It also felt like we were being treated with Racism by the black staff. They will bring the card reader to the table and take your card and put it into the machine themself trying to pressure you to tip more for horrible service. I’ve had microwaveable meals better than what was served. Don’t give their 2.5 average star rating the benefit of the doubt like we did. There’s a reason.

The place looked clean. The service was better if you were a single man! I noticed the men received very personable service. My daughter & I ordered spinach dip from the bar while we reviewed the menu. The cheese was strange but when we began eat, I noticed they served me old tortilla chips from someone else’s plate.. I knew when I picked up tortillas with dried dip already! The plate was hot & i checked to find there were no drippings of dip. The old chips were underneath the freshly sprinkled parmesan chips.

Upon arriving there was trash all over the floors. The guy at the register was extremely aggressive with his demeanor saying “just go sit down we’ll clean the floors”. The food was awful! The only good thing was our server was extremely pleasant. I love patronizing African American establishments, however I wish these establishments served better food and had clean environments. The appetizers were clearly frozen boxed and the lamp chops were tougher than a trigonometry problem. The manager was rude and this establishment just reminded me to never eat there.

The service and lamb chops were good. Do not, I repeat, do not – purchase the steak wraps. I had 2 chew through a whole wrap of fat, gristle , and tough steak! And it was $11. It’s bad business when you think it’s ok to put scrappings from meat you don’t use into a sandwich and think the customer won’t notice. I can’t believe they got this trifling. Shame on you Starters.

The food was just okay, the waitress (I believe her name might’ve been Lisa?) was nice but that’s where the bare minimum praise ends. We had to wait at least 20 minutes for the food, then they got the sides wrong and took an excruciatingly long time to replace it. I ordered a steak wrap, the steak was supposed to be medium well, instead it was way over well done, just tough and not enjoyable. They didn’t add the vegetables I asked for nor the cheese, decided not to send it back as that would’ve taken another 15 minutes.

Drinks good, service, tasty appetizers..steak bites were cooked to perfection, tender & seasoned, salads were fresh etc I was proud to bring my out of town guests there. They were impressed with the relaxed, & warm atmosphere. Almost like being at home! Our server was so very helpful!

The food was good, I had to ask questions because shrimp scampi is only shrimp in juice….adding rice made it the perfect dish. Didn’t wait long to be seated. There should be a sign that lets people know where to enter to be seated. We entered thru the back and had to walk to the front. There should be signage to reduce new customers where to go.

The food was good and the atmosphere was fine as well. The only problem and only reason I am leaving 1 stars (which is way too much) is because I have NEVER in my life received horrible service as I have received upon my visit. The waitress name was Mary E. She had red hair (not that that’s important), just a description of her. As soon as we got there it took them some time to even greet us, after greeting us finally she decided it was time to clean the section we sat at. After cleaning she went ahead to ask us for our order. While she was taking our order she seeemed very irritated to even be doing it. She had a lot of attitude and it became very uncomfortable for me and the people I was with. We even became to uncomfortable to ask for another drink because she was so rude and we didn’t even want to seem like we were bothering her. I understand people have long days, even bad days, but I’ve worked in customer service for years and have never taken out my aggressions on my customers. This has by far been the worst service I have ever received. I really hope she can go through customer service training and be able to work on her attitude. Other than that, everything else was fine.
