It’s amazing how two establishments under the same ownership can be completely different experiences on the same night. After a poor experience 10 miles east due to loud music (not the first time we’ve had that problem there) and a wild bachelorette party that had the waitresses’ full attention, we left before ordering and decided to come over to State Line. It was a much more enjoyable, relaxed experience where you didn’t have to scream at your neighbor, and the food was great too! And what’s funny is that there was also a bachelorette party a couple tables down here but you could hardly notice it.

If you don’t mind getting a burger out of a crock pot full of water this is the place. It was great about a year ago don’t know if it’s under new ownership but won’t be going out of my way again

The service was very, very slow. Our food was good but we spent nearly two hours waiting. We had to ask for drinks, lettuce at the salad bar, silverware, and the kids never did get plates for pizza. We were overcharged twice for something we did not order (after the first correction, they added another second item we did not order/receive).

Jenn was an awesome waitress. We ate in the dining room area for the first time. Very nice. The broasted chicken was very dry and tasteless. The shrimp was very good.

I hope the owner, Jeff, reads this. The waitress was awful. We waited for almost 2 hours for our food. When talking to the manager she was very very rude to all 8 of us that were at our table. Very unprofessional. Will probably not ever eat there again.

Great little dive bar on one side and family diner on the other. The bar is a fun place and they have good prices. Nice little trip to take from local towns with good scenery.

If you’re into a roadhouse atmosphere this is the place. Assumed this was more “steakhouse” but it’s not. Ordered ribeye medium and it was definitely on the well done side. The side potato was it’s own meal if you order french fries. Definitely a one time place for me.
