The owners take great pride in their food! Excellent quick bites such as fresh cut sub sandwiches, hot dogs, burgers, pizza puffs. Also some amazing homemade pork cutlets, pierogi, golabki. The food is great, people and service is amazing. Interior is unassuming compared to the quality of food! They WANT you to be happy! (I hear their pizza is good also, and the banana split looked great).

Our family goes here regularly. We absolutely love the food and the owners. Family owned and run. They know us by name when we walk in and actually care about us. We are not just a “customer.” We have become friends. This is one of my daughter’s favorite places to go and visit. I am so thankful to have such a wonderful small business here in town. They go over and beyond every time we visit. We love State Street restaurant!! Definitely go and support this business. You won’t regret it.

The reviews are really good on this place. My first experience was just ok. I ordered a hot sub called the Depth Charge (I believe) and my kid got a turkey and cheese sub. My sub was just ok in flavor and it was supposed to be hot and it was served lukewarm. I’ll come back and order something else on the menu and update my rating then if the food is better. As of now I’ll say this place is ok at best.

Great food awsome customer service just prices are a bit high for 2 I spend almost $40 and thats a bit much just for 2 sandwiches fries and a drink. Would love to go more often just can get better deals that can feed more than 2 people for 40 dollars
