We have eaten at Stax a few times now. Every time the meal has been delicious and the service has been excellent. The choices are great. Our server today was Sherry and she was extremely nice and friendly! We really appreciated her attitude and great service. It made the meal that much better. That type of attitude makes a big difference when you are out enjoying a meal. I highly recommend the sausage links, and the fresh squeezed orange juice. We will back routinely!

I recently visited Stax for breakfast and ordered a classic breakfast plate that included eggs, potatoes, sausage, and pancakes. When we arrived, we found that the restaurant wasn’t very busy since we went in the afternoon. The seating was comfortable, and the restaurant itself was clean and well-kept. We were seated promptly and given menus, and the server was friendly and attentive throughout our meal.

Servers were sweet & attentive. Salmon Avocado toast was super yummy and filling despite it being one slice (added egg on top for the extra.) Mom enjoyed her breakfast & said potatoes were crispy as requested. Dirty Matcha was good. Very fluffy GF pancakes. Savory indulgence for the plantain dish.

I have to be honest…STAX breakfast are unique, at least compared to most of the places I have tried. There are several options and blends between pancakes and omelettes. I got eggs with Filet Mignon, which tasted great. Never tried both together before. The Smoked-Salmon Son is off the hook, Id honestly order two of those next time. And, of course, the pancakes are to die for. Service was excellent. We were lucky enough to get a lady who attended to our needs in a very nice & professional matter very quickly.

Nice little breakfast spot in Marlboro. Got the steak and eggs with French toast on the side – absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend got an omelet, but wasn’t too impressed – instead of adding onions they mixed peppers into it. Whole experience was pretty good otherwise, 4/5.

My food really wasn’t bad. Actually, I thought my food was pretty good. The main issue was the wait. My party waited over an hour for our food (which doesn’t even take into account the time spent waiting for a table). People at my table were not thrilled with their meals and said it was mediocre.

My husband and I happened upon Stax while driving through and had a wonderful experience. The menu was unique and everything looked amazing. I had the plantain special and it was delicious. The staff were very friendly and it was obvious that they were all happy to be there. Great atmosphere and our waiter, Connor was fantastic. We’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Just recently celebrating their 1 year anniversary and i can see why. The service was A+. Warning for kids who dont like pulp the OJ is fresh squeezed but delicious. Coffee was great and look at those pptatoes with fresh peppers and onions. Reason for a 4 my eggs were a little under cooked and pancakes a tad overcooked but we were their right as they opened so they may have been busy setting up still. The atmosphere was cool too. Def worth a try if you are in the area
