It was actually really good. My friend was able to get a gluten-free bun. She was so impressed she was asked if it was for an allergy or sensitivity. Very important that the service staff asked that. She said it was a good bun although not the best she’s ever had. Overall it was good portions and very filling. I’d say my bacon on my burger was a little undercooked. Otherwise, it was a solid, quick choice when we were hungry. Paper straws are the worst.

We picked up lunch here during a convention stay and were pretty pleased. We got in either before or after the rush but I saw huge lines here other times during our stay….keep this in mind.

The burgers were hot, juicy, and had variety of good toppings. However, when I spend this much for a burger I also like the actual meat cooked the way I like. The prices do reflect their location and the convenience they are offering to their customers. Seating is limited, but views are nice.

Burger meat itself was decent. Basic menu with limited selection of add ons. Perhaps seasonal compared to other menus found online. Fries were delicious. Milkshake is soft serve and best with a spoon.

Stax burgers have myself and many others food poisoning while we were staying at The Gaylord for a conference. We were instructed to contact security with this issue and since then, they have been extremely selective with who they contact. I have Blake and Kody emailed several about the matter. Last week, I was able to get Blake on the phone but he told me that Kody would return my call. He has not. Do not eat Stax burger if you’re staying at at the Gaylord.
