The sign was discussing. The food was fresh. Service was rude. One lady was trying to take our order while cooking. The lady that did take our order was very good. She repeated our order back. Their posted hours say they close at 7pm (which is really early as it is) and I got there just a few minutes before 7, but they nevertheless told me they were closed. I guess they didn’t want my business. I went to Sakura instead, which is open till 9pm when the mall closes. I’m glad Sakura appreciates having customers.

asked for a fiesty amingo fry with no steak and buffalo sauce.. employee asks if I want everything but steak on the fiesty amigo and i say yes. i leave with my food, expecting jalapeno and pico and sour cream. opened my fries and it was just cheese and buffalo sauce.

The staff is amazing but the owner micromanaging them makes for slow service and a stressful experience. Food is awesome but the wait is rude since it is unnecessary. PLEASE NOTE that I will never visit this location again after the owner lying and saying the staff is new. Anyone that has been to this location know the staff has been there for years. I would have respected your response had you not attempted to down play the issues or out right lied. Own up to your issues and fix them!!
