Except the fact there was cold hard french fries on my hangover the taste was great. The floor had a huge puddle of water in the dining room around the trash bin with no wet floor sign. They were polite and fast. Could be something great definitely needs better management

The food is hit or miss. This place is really really expensive. The service is usually decent. The wait for your food in the drive through is pretty terrible all the time. 8-20min wait everytime with a purchase of 4 items and one being a pop and another being a churro.

This place has really gone down since the good manager has been gone. Went here the other day through the drive-through. I was asked to park in spot 2. After waiting 10 minutes in spot 2, I went inside, and they had yet to start making my sandwich. They had the rest of my order done. I asked why, and they told me if I didn’t want any issues, I should only order off the one menu and not mix between steak escape and taco john menu. I will give it a while and try again.

This place is terrible, the bread was ok but the meat was bland. No seasoning. They use cheap cheese and dont get me started with the oil with your limpy unflavored fries. This place over all sucks. Dont bother to eat here if you want good food. Not worth it.

Huge waste of money once again. I come here everytime thinking that it’s gonna be as good as it was years ago but nope this is the last time I will ever eat her again. I was there for two minutes and both of my steak sandwiches were done , right when I took a bite it was RAW and tasted like meat gone BAD I spent the whole night throwing up , with chills and sweating profusely. I tried to call to get my money back but of course no one answers the phone so disappointed and disgusted. I will never ever spend another dollar here. Oh spent $37 on two sandwiches that were RAW
