Very disappointed!! I ordered grande but accidentally they gave me someone else’s order which is medium size, I can understand it’s an honest mistake but the thing that I can’t believe is that the guy just put the meat of the medium order to a bigger bread. And when my husband told them again they ask if we want another sandwich, that’s not the point we don’t want free food we want the food we paid for. What a waste of money 0 star

Worst experience ever , cashier is extremely rude! First he does not know how to orders when I asked him to confirm my order he said the prices are there with a big smirk on his face. I told him to please cancel my order and when I walked away he decided to laugh at me with another customer.

I don’t normally do reviews but my friend and I had a turkey and ham sandwich yesterday and it was so good that I can’t wait to go back! I was so impressed! The bread was fresh and not as thick as other sandwich shops, great for someone who has to watch their carb intake, as I do. We were impressed by the amount of meat that was in the ‘warm’ sandwich and their fries were very good too. We really enjoyed the thicker fries! Like I said, can’t wait to go back, loved everything about it!! 🙂

I’ve been craving a Pepper Steak sandwich and when I couldn’t find one locally, I chose Steak Escape at the Cerritos Mall Food Court. I selected the 12″ Great Escape cheesesteak and made it a combo. I was disappointed the sandwich was more bread than meat and the meat was cut up into tiny little pieces and there wasn’t much cheese. The flavor was pretty good though. I ended up scraping everything on to one half of the bread. The French fries were really good. I enjoy the steak fries, which these were not but they were much thicker than most fast food places. A large sandwich, fries and drink after tax was $17.06. Kind of pricey for what I got. The service was pretty quick, it took about 5 minutes and there were 4 guys ordering ahead of me.
