I’m not too crazy about this place. We have been there a few times now and I believe this last time will be the last time. They weren’t as busy as you would expect. The service was extremely slow. I don’t know if they were short staffed or not. My boyfriend and daughter really liked their cheeseburgers. The amount of time that it took to get our milkshakes was unacceptable. We ordered them the very first time the waitress greeted our table. We didn’t get them until way after we got our food. The last picture shows how much of her cheeseburger was already gone before the milkshake came. The shake is in the picture also. The water was awful. It almost tasted like how sewer smells. I’m not usually real picky but we didn’t enjoy this visit. The last one wasn’t great either. My boyfriend was getting so aggravated because he wanted his milkshake. The milkshakes were so good, as they usually are. I ordered a taco salad and it was very pretty. However, I didn’t like it and will never order it again (if we ever do go back). I gave them 3 stars because of very slow service.

Great food at a great price! I love coming to steak n’shake for a cheap dinner. Now when I say cheap I don’t mean the quality is bad. For the price you get an awesome meal. The only downside is the wait at times and sometimes the servers can ignore you for whole meals. However it’s week worth the wait to get a good burger.

Terrible service. Waited over 25 minutes to be waited on once we were seated. 20 minutes later when our food was brought out 2 of the 4 orders were wrong. Fries were cold as well. Waiter was complaining about management and when taking our order. Place was not busy at all. We walked out without eating. Spoke to manager outside while he was smoking a cigarette and he offered us coupons if we would give them another try. I made sure he knew we would never be back.

The food is so delicious and so are the shakes. Costumer service is wonderful. It’s clean. Also I think it’s neat how you can see all the action in the kitchen. There is a bar and behind it is the kitchen. They play music over the speakers. They even have a drive thru if you want to order to go. I recommend this place if you want to go on a date or take the family. Good scene for both. Or just to eat a good meal.

All around amazing. During my many trips into the restaurant I found the food to extremely tasteful, appealing, and hot. The service is rather fast depending on the crowds, speaking of crowds the restaurant is kinda of small so please consider that if there is a wait list. Otherwise you’ll enjoy wonderfully food and southern style hospitality.

I’ve had some very good meals here, and the atmosphere is nice. Sometimes the service is quick and friendly, but other times I’ve had shakes that took an inexplicably long time to make. My last burger was a bit off and drowned in mustard and ketchup instead of mayo. Shakes are usually very good.

the food was good. the service was so bad. rude, mouthy. they brought the food out and we was all out of drinks. they never brought out refills. no one even came and checked on us once. and then we cashed out and ordered milkshakes, waited another 20 minutes on those. plenty of staff too!
