I took my granddaughter here for lunch because I had a gift card. The place is very clean and bright, and the service was good. It took about 5-10 minutes for our food to come out and it was a pretty good burger, and the fries were toasty and hot. I wouldn’t say it was a top 10 burger, but it was good.

Owner with dreads is very nice and food is always clean and tasty, however 8.25.23 845pm there is a young black manager (?) Who is and is very RUDE. I ordered food thru the drive thru and once at the window, I wanted to add an extra side. I was told that I had to get out of line and go back through drive thru, so I canceled the whole order.

The only negative thing was if you order through the drive through they forget to put napkins in the bag all the time and you have to have napkins with those greasy burgers. They taste great but they definitely need napkins.

I was told that the service was dowd and that I couldn’t order any food when I went through the drive-thru but I never was told that the lobby was open. I loved this location before the renovation, but sadly I can say that my opinion has changed greatly since. They renovated to become more modern now having a screen only ordering (you don’t speak to anyone to order) which is fine with me. They no longer bring the food out to your instead they just call out your name and leave your food on a counter. I got a shake which before tasted amazing except this time it just tasted like milk and I couldn’t taste any of the ingredients I requested.
