Not sure what’s up with their milkshakes; I’ve ordered the strawberry one multiple times and it has never tasted like strawberry at all! It honestly tastes just plain, like vanilla or something but definitely not strawberry. I’ve tasted incredible strawberry shakes from other locations but this one just confuses me on the flavor.

Ordered ahead but still had to sit in long drive through to pick up. No instructions on the app, so had to call to find out where to pick up. Order is correct, but Frisco melt was burned and fries were stale. Shake was good

The employee dropped the top of my milk shake on the ground then picked it up and put it on my shake. When I asked her if she did that she said no and shut the window in my face. Extremely rude service.

I’m not much of a fast food diner. But when I do feel the need to grab something on the go, Steak ‘n shake is my fast food of choice. The food is cooked fresh l, the burgers actually taste like REAL beef, the cooking area is clean, the cashiers and cooks look tidy and ALWAYS have great attitudes. They also have good prices and great shakes!

If I could give a zero I would. This was my first experience with this location , although 2nd time buying food at this food chain, and both times were the most appalling service I’ve ever experience in a fast food. The man who was at the servi-car was so rude , he didn’t wanted to repeat the order, even after some changes to the order where made. He kept on saying pay first and then I’ll tell you the order. He is an incompetent and should not be working with public. Management should keep tag of their employees and trained them to do better in their service.

A Friday night and not busy. There was only one other occupied table. The order was not perfect. Onions were put on the burger and not the chili and cheese was omitted from the cheeseburger. The lack of personalized service is probably why so few people were. One of the “waiters” (aka/kiosk) was not working but the other 3 were still active. On the positive side, the shoestring fries are still some of the best and the chocolate peanut butter shake was a good value and well made. Overall, the price for 2 was not that bad and the burgers were good.

The restaurant decor is standard Steak n’ Shake. The 2 high school servers were swamped with only 6 tables total between them. It took 20 minutes to receive the chili I ordered. The turtle shake came out tasting like bananas and melting all over the place. I couldn’t touch the glass because it was too messy. My order arrived mostly incorrect. I was surrounded by dirty tables most of the time. There are plenty of Steak n’ Shakes nearby. Go to one of them and stay away from this one.

We had an issue with our order when we used the app to place our order, but the general manager of this store was more than happy to help us correct the problem we encountered. The general manager, Scott, is a really nice guy that will do everything in his power to make your visit to his store the best experience it can be! Our food was made fast, came out hot, and was delicious! If you’re hungry, stop by this store to get some good food and a milkshake!

Our food was delicious and prepared the way we wanted. They were very busy in the takeout line so we opted to go inside and eat. The store has gone to self service so you don’t have to wait for a server come to you, however, you do have to place your own order on the computer board, prepare your own drinks and pick up your food when your number is called. You also must clear your own table which is easy.

Drove 20 miles to eat here. Inside dinning was closed with no online notification or sign outside telling customers of this. Drive-thru was open but wanted to eat inside for the classic SnS experience. Food could have been good but we’ll never know.
