The rate would be more like 2.5 stars. So I went with my family and my food was fried too long. Also, my wife’s order was wrong. It was just a lot of confusion. The cooks were trying their best but seemed like there was no management. I wish them the best but don’t think I’ll be going back.

Came in simply for a shake. Decided I would dine in and eat. Took them 35 minutes to get me my shake. Once I took a sip, had to spit it out. Tasted like burned metal. Other people who ordered shakes as well said theirs tasted like burned metal as well. Burger meat was super small and was also cold upon eating. Asked for large cheese fries and got a pitiful squirt of cheese. Also had to ask for my shake twice.

Food was great. I got the garlic double steak burger and it was great!! Boyfriend got cheese and bacon double steak burger and he was pleased. Only complaint is we waiting about 20ish minutes but overall great experience. They even remembered my sauces

Update, I did get my Frisco Melt, and it was good. But It took 25 minutes and the manager noticing me standing at the counter looking for my food. (I got it in the drive through by the way). The manager was on top of things and got it taken care of. I used to love this place. At least the Frisco melts are good.

The double bacon garlic burger is amazing. Juicy fresh and flavorful to say the least. For a fast food burger it won’t break the bank and you don’t have to wait forever. All in all you can’t go wrong very delicious.

Food was great but the bathrooms were absolutely atrocious and the manager guy was courting on the phone while helping us with ordering. He also got a little snappy with another customer… food was good though and the main eating space was very very clean.

I should have looked at the reviews first. We ordered a number 3 and the Triple Steak-burger meal. Both sandwiches were burnt, and our steak patties were hard as a rock. I can’t believe a cook served this. I will not go to this location, nor will I recommend this location to anyone.
