Standard Steak ‘n Shake. Nothing special, nothing terrible. I hadn’t come here in a while but when I came in tonight I noticed this insert in their menus saying they don’t offer the 2 for $3 or 4 for $4 specials. I’m not sure why they don’t offer those anymore.

I happened to be passing by after a long day of working outside. I was still wearing my work clothes and had to wash up using their nice clean facilities before I even sat down. Kyle was very polite and friendly. He apologized for my wait (they were very busy and I didn’t wait long) and made sure I got exactly what I ordered quite promptly which was especially awesome since I was really famished. The food was some of the best I have had at Steak and Shake. I will definitely come in again whenever I am in the area.

I really like the sandwiches! My favorite is the one with the garlic buttered bun. The prices are reasonable and for the most part the service is good – since the many of the items from the menu are handmade the wait staff can sometimes get backed up but even then it’s still not too long of a wait ✋ and the food is worth it! I should probably add that the patrons are mostly college students, so it does tend to get rather loud. Fortunately, the students are very polite and respectful. So it’s a good place to eat!

Great food, great service! My husband and I really enjoyed our visit. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast. Mr. Kyle was our server, he was a cool, laid-back dude. Our burgers & shakes were delicious to top it all off! Highly recommend this location.

We went there for breakfast on a Saturday morning. We found the restaurant clean and our server was very friendly. We ordered our food and it came shortly. It was hot and fresh and tasted just fine. Our server spent a little extra time with us and made us feel special. I’m sure we will return as the experience was very positive. I think we may make it a Saturday morning routine as it was so great the first time.

This place was wonderful when it first opened. But it is depressing how poor the service is now. Always low on staff. We have had wait staff who were amazing, and others who could care less. It takes forever to get your food when they’re not busy and when they are, the kitchen screws up orders. Waitress was very polite to fix the mistakes though. I have ordered shakes to-go at the end of our meal on multiple occassions and had to wait 20 minutes or more because they brought them out to the table in the glass Sundae bowls.

Service was great here. We were traveling and where we come from Steak n Shake isn’t very friendly or fast about service. This one really helped my opinion of the chain, our server was super friendly and attentive, the food was made like it is in the picture, and my wife and I had a wonderful experience.

No matter what time of day or night I’ve been here we have had to wait 20+ minutes for our food. Only person in the drive through, or going in with very few tables, doesn’t matter how busy or slow they are, it’s going to be a wait. This review is based on several experiences. If we had a long wait, but our food came out hot that would be more understandable, but instead it comes out just above room temperature and the fries are normally soggy and not crispy. The milkshakes are not thick and creamy like at other locations. The tables are dirty most of the time and the bathrooms aren’t stocked well. I wouldn’t hold this against Stake n shake as a whole, it seems to be just this location.
