I came in around 9:30pm for a to go order. There was probably 5 people in the restaurant but it took nearly 10 minutes to even be greeted. That’s fine though. The restaurant was DISGUSTING! My feet were sticking all over the floors. There were dirty dishes everywhere. Nasty counters. Food on the floors. Look, I get it. Maybe there was a rush before, or maybe they were short on staff. But that’s concerning. 3 stars because the food was delicious as usual!

First time having a salad from there and I must say it was delicious! Service was great but it seems they’re not really interested in the customer enjoying the rewards program. The computer rewards system was broken and by the way the dust was built up on the equipment, looks like its been that way for quite some time.

Stop in for a bite of food. My wife and two grand kids and me. We felt like we was being rush to order. Don’t know why, there was only about 20 people in there. Then we had to move to another table, because the floor under the table had something liquid on it. I told a worker about it , and they didn’t do anything about it. I look around and the floor was dirty, food on the floor and tables was dirty too. The booth we got in was too closed together. The seat was in bad shape too. The burgers we got was not done also. If you ask me they need to shut the doors and clean and remodeled the place. Will not be eating there again.

Service is usually decent, some servers are amazing. Sometimes wait time to get seated can be a while (we’ve waited up to 30+ minutes before). On this particular occasion our kids noted there was gum stuck to the bottom of every table we were sat at. It’s not usually like that. There were also only 4 other tables there and 3 waitresses on the floor. The first waitresses that seated us passed us off to another waitress without us asking, who was awesome, but we had to wait for a while on food.

Yesterday was a good experience, unlike a week ago. Service was good. The food was fresh and warm. 4 in our party. My bun was not even warm, but others said theirs were barely warm. Meat was warm, but 2 others had to wait to cool off, with steam still coming off the burger. The service was very good and check back was made. I’ll try this location again, and see if it climbs up the ladder to be a great place again.

The food was delicious as usual. However, the wait was ridiculous, even for the day before Thanksgiving. We expected a longer wait than usual, but not 30-40 minutes after ordering. The server was great, but she couldn’t serve food until it was prepared. When we mentioned it, she said there was only one person on the grill. That is very poor management. Even a rookie manager should have the foresight to have enough people in the right places for what is certainly going to be a much heavier volume of business. Normally our visits are great-hopefully this one was an exception.

Went in and was seated fairly quickly but that’s where the quick ended. After being seated we wait 10 mins and no one had even taken our drink order. The staff seemed in no hurry at all. The place wasn’t that busy but even the couple beside of us mentioned that it could be a while. We wait a few more minutes and then decided to leave. Unfortunately this is becoming more of the norm with Steak and Shakes. Make sure you have plenty of time if you decide to venture this direction.
