We haven’t been here for a couple of years so we wanted to try it again. it was definitely better than expected. You order your own food from a kiosk and they have self service drinks which I think is better, you can get a refill when you want.

Pretty decent for fast food. Tends to be really greasy but the overall flavor is quite good. I lean towards the Frisco Melt most of the time. They do a really good job with that and I would highly recommend that burger. The fries are good enough, nothing spectacular but perfectly serviceable. Recommend with cheese.

I love Steak and Shake for the last 40 years. However I hope this is seen by management and corporate. I use to work night shift and watched how other Steak and Shakes cleaned their floors and they looked much cleaner than this location. Please shut down at night to clean your floors more. I could put a little bleach foam and get these right. Second the mold around your air vents are in clear violation of health codes. If you see my reviews I give good ones to restaurants and managers that take pride in keeping the places clean and a pleasure to eat in. This location needs a complete renovation all the way to the bathrooms that have a permanent stench. Please make a change here.

My first experience at Steak and Shake was awful. The automated order system is way too confusing. Ordered steak combo with milkshake. The shake was ready almost immediately. Shake was almost gone before meal was ready. Steak sandwich had no taste, even fries were bland. Won’t go again.

Waited in the drive-through for food, which was actually short since the line was short, but waited at the window for our food for over 10 minutes- when the lady came to the window to give us our food, she didn’t say anything. Like nothing. Not sorry for your weight or thanks for your patience. This whole service industry has failed at hospitality

Ok, so I grew up with Steak n Shake, so I take it seriously. I actually worked for the company for 4 years. I was a bit skeptical when the restaurants went franchise.
