thought I give a second chance.. ordered a burger and chili .. had to buy fries separately probably my mistake ,no cashier straight kiosk. The burger was fine french fries were small and very thin. Not my cup of tea of a restaurant.

Food was as good as I remembered it being as a kid. The burgers were smashed and tasted awesome! The fries were shoe string and crisped to perfection. I don’t like how they took the servers away and switched to all digital ordering. It really made the experience lackluster for my family and I.

I was shocked at how great this place was. I am used to the way Steak N Shake used to be. Walk in, be poorly greeted, get low quality service, milkshake 20 minutes before food, then food. Lastly, use dirty bathroom and leave. This place was so clean, the service was fine and it’s all automated. The food was actually fresh and hot, and the milkshake came out a few minutes after the food. So, for the first time in this restaurants history. I had a milkshake with my food! The bathroom was clean and stocked. I will 100% be back after 5 years of avoiding every Steak N Shake in the country I have passed.
