Avoid this place at all cost celing is leaking ,soda machine no ice the soda was flat,,burgers and french fries were grease and cold the touch screen were. Roken only one was working.. I don’t know who run this business but they really need to have someone there to supervise and see the service is given at this place

I recently had the pleasure of trying burger deal at Steak ‘n’ Shake. What a delight!! I’m in love…. The first bite was an explosion of flavors in my mouth. These burgers are so juicy and delicious and the flame-grilled taste is on point. I tell no lies when I say I savor each bite I take, enjoying all the toppings of onion, tomatoes and pickles. These burgers are so good that you don’t even need any condiments. The fries are always fresh and hot. I still have yet to try the shakes which I have no doubt will be most satisfying. Prices are excellent, staff is quite pleasant and the restaurant is clean. The drive-thru experience was easy, no long lines. Ever since, this has been mine and my kids go-to eating place after church now. It has definitely set a new standard for what a fantastic tasting hamburger should be. If you’re a burger enthusiast like me, do yourself a favor and give it a try. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Steak n Shake for such an experience.

Horrible experience. Extremely rude employees.We waited over 45 min to get our food. The order numbers were all out of order. The employees weren’t phased by their customer service. Every customer in there was upset. People were asking each other what their numbers were. And everybody was saying how cold their food was once received.

Took a long time to get our shakes, and there was way too much whip cream—but they still tasted good. And happy hour is weekdays from 2 to 4. Hack: say no to whip cream so you definitely get enough shake.

All the tables were dirty and the fries tasted weird. Ordered cheesefries and got two small cups of cheese on the side that were MAYBE halfway filled.. The guy helping us was really nice I forget his name but he was really tall and nice.

My first visit to Steak & Shake in several years and it was very disappointing. The first thing I must say is I do not understand why anyone would put half cooked bacon on anyone’s sandwich . In my opinion that is very nasty and disrespectful. The food was below average in every aspect. The dining area needed cleaning. The customer service was a 3 on scale of 1 to 10. I may try another location in the future.

Took 30 minutes and still had no food. Asked for the manager and he wouldn’t come. The drive thru lady gave me a refund. Then the manager and staff started talking nonsense and giving my family dirty looks. There is no changing table for the kids either. Not clean, rude, disorganized, poorly managed. Will not return.

The lobby dining area was dirty. Almost every table needed to be wiped and the floor was visibly dirty. The chili we ordered was spoiled. It took a long time to get our order. The hamburgers and fries were the only enjoyable parts of our dining experience.

The staff was friendly but unfortunately the environment was so dirty for my liking. Everything felt sticky. The gray my food was placed on was filthy. The woman’s bathroom had 2 stalls both of which was clogged and unusable. The outside looks run down and out of business which should have been a telltale sign of the inside. Staff great. Establishment terrible. I won’t be back.

Your only option to order food is thru kiosks. Everyone, and I mean everyone was asking what number you had. They call your number when your food is ready. As everyone was pacing I glanced at the food that was cooked and sitting on the edge of the grill pre-made and I also noticed the huge pile of fries pre-made from the minute I ordered from the kiosk. By the time I got my cold frisco melt, the special sauce had soaked thru the bread.
