Horrible service, very long wait times. I waited over 35 minutes outside in the drive thru for 2 meals, I went inside to cancel the order because I couldn’t wait any longer. The manager on shift asked me wait 5 minutes for a refund. After waiting an additional 15 minutes inside for a refund, the manager then said she doesn’t speak good English. I just left, with no food or a refund. I will never EVER eat here again and don’t recommend this location to anyone. If I could give this location 0 stars I would!! Just horrible

We don’t have this chain where I live, but come here when visiting family. Plenty of fries with each order and burgers are cooked fresh. This restaurant is usually busy due to it being on the road to Disney. People from everywhere so the atmosphere reflects this. Shakes are always great on a hot day.

This place needs to be renamed. Shake! That’s it. Just Shake! Because there is no Steak here. The burgers have gone way downhill! They are gross. And they definitely aren’t made from Steak anything. This place is filthy and should be checked in on immediately. The bathroom is disgusting, and grime is found in every part of it from the sink, toilet, walls and floor. The food was basic, and the oil used for fried food needs changing yesterday. It’s old and you can taste it with the food. The burgers are thrown together and have little flavor. The shake was very good, and they still have this down. The greeter was very nice and tried to make us comfortable. But the overall ordering on kiosks is good in theory if you clean up the kiosks. They are filthy and just spread bacteria. Steak and Shake has gone WAY downhill. The building is run down, the staff seem indifferent, and it’s filthy. The General Manager needs to get in there and clean up. RIGHT NOW.

Came here recently after not having gone to a steak ‘n. Shake since 2014, I was surprised that there were no servers this time, and everything was touch screen automated by the front . You essentially order at a little kiosk whatever you wish to purchase, and pay on the pen pad, and then collect a ticket and wait for your order to be called out and you sit and eat. The unfortunately ran out of the chili during my visit, which I remember. I was quite fond of back in the day, but they offered to replace it with a large order of cheese fries. The milkshakes were, of course delicious and always up to my expectations.

Out here on vacation and one of my kids wanted to eat here, so off course we are gonna go, but we wish we hadn’t. I ordered at the drive thru, but when I come around I see that there are 3 cars pulled up to the side, waiting on their orders, this was a bad sign, but I had already placed order and my kid wanted this food. We waited over half an hour, you would think the food would have been hot, but the onion rings and French fries were soggy. The bacon cheeseburger mediocre. The worst part was that, the person who was taking orders was also preparing them, he had an attitude, he threw everything in a bag and had someone else hand it to me. The bag was greasy and no condiments were provided, what’s worst is that I’m not even sure he changed his gloves, after touching money, the register and whatever else he touched. Awful experience, we could have done without.

I have been standing here for 20 minutes waiting for my drink and no one will help me. This chick went to get themgwogines and never came back. Food was done at 10:24 it is now 10:50 and I’m finally walking out with cold food and my drinks. Awesome. Never coming here again. So tried this place again and not only did they not give me my online order wouldn’t talk to m husband on the phone who order it they gave me a cold burger and half filled fire. When I started telling them to talk to my husband they kept talking to me saying the wanted him there with his phone cause the order number wouldn’t work or that it was set for pick up for 1am the next day them completely refused to help. This place is deity they act like hey don’t understand what’s going on and refuse to help anyone on. I hate going here. I avoid this place even for door dash orders.
