Such a great experience!! Probably the best burger I’ve had in America so far. Seriously. Cooked to perfection, not chewy , not over-seasoned….Simply perfect meal. Didn’t even have room for fries after eating that big boy. Can’t beat the price for the quality, I left very impressed and look forward to trying out different locations soon

Steak n Shake right on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. We ate there because it’s right across the street from the Nascar Speedpark and Tanger outlets, where we spent the day. Good food. Fast service. Interior wasn’t that clean though.

It’s disappointing that steak n shake isn’t open 24 hours anymore. They do have picnic tables outside to sit at, we ordered our food and sat there. It was before 11 and the dining area was closed. The chili Mac Supreme sauce is different than it used to be but still good, just not the same. No cheese or onions was put on it and the sauce doesn’t seem separate out of the meat anymore. Just not the same…

The food we got had way too much butter on the bread and it made it greasy. It felt like we waited for over 10 minutes but the food was hot and fresh. We love steak and shake and we will be back soon.
