Don’t do it! Horrible food. The fries are hard thin potato sticks, the burger is an almost transparent thin and smalldisc of whatever it is. The onions were burned and the buns were STALE… Dry and fell apart as I tried to eat.

The Steak n Shake near me closed permanently, so this was my first visit to the chain. The burgers were perfect and the shakes were delicious. There’s kiosks, which made ordering super quick.

So, i am torn. The food is good but, they have you pay beforehand at kiosks. There is only one for cash/card and 3 others for card payments. People may greet you on occasion but, there are no servers its diy there. From the drinks to the cleanup, all you.

Its a must try! I absolutely loved their burgers, probably one of the best I ever had and their shakes are delicious, I had the eggnog shake and I just loved it . The atmosphere is a classic diner vibe and that’s something I loved because its great to see diners that aren’t too modernized

The food is as good as it always was, but they don’t have the seasoning anymore. I like that we can order from the screen, but I know some people might like having a server. My biggest issue was that a lot of the tables looked like they haven’t been cleaned. It was hard to find one that didn’t have crumbs or something on it that showed someone had eaten there.

So now there are no waitresses/servers there anymore. Spoke to some lady there she seemed really pleased with it. I’d rather people have jobs. All ordering computerized menus when you walk in. Not very clean screens covered with greasy film. While place smells like grease.
