We really enjoy Steak and Shake. We had the all American steak bugers with fries. The service was great, the food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was very nice and clean. We don’t eat out at fast food very often but when we do this is at the top of the list.

A new breakfast experience. I was rather surprised to see they made a fairly good breakfast plate for a reasonable price. The waitress was also friendly and suggesting the better meal choices. I was pleasantly surprised with their breakfast prices and selection. I may start having breakfast there every once in a while. I am hoping the next time I stop in to award a 5 star rating.

Very good service. Only “good” food. I’ve been here before and had better quality food. Manager was berating a cook while we were paying. Better to take someone aside and let them know what you expect than to subject customers to the reprimand in my opinion.

Can I give it less than 1 star? This place is garbage. It took 20 minutes for this. there were two people inside and one car in the drive thru AND 5 PEOPLE WORKING. Literally more people making the food then we’re there to eat the food and it still took them 20 minutes for this sorry excuse for a steak burger.
