We really enjoyed our meal at this location. Using the kiosk was simple, the restaurant was clean, the food was cooked pretty quick, and it was fresh and delicious! And someone came out from the kit hen to check on us! We will be going back again.

I really like this place, however this particular day, they were closing at 10, we got there about 9:10 and they had all the lights off like they were closed. It was mostly teens which I get they wanna get off work right at 10 however they weren’t doing milkshakes which I thought was kind of ridiculous to stop so early. When the owner is there the food is amazing. I just happen to have one bad experience there in a long time.

Writing this review In hopes that we hear from the owner to come to some resolution. Today our family of 6 came and ordered processed to the window where the young lady gave us total and we paid . She handed us our change and I asked if they could make sure noodles were not In the chili due to a gluten intolerance. She relayed the information to the line worker who cursed and violently slammed the large bag of food with our order in it to the ground.The workers seemed afraid and he walked off my husband tapped the window and asked for a refund . Suddenly the worker reappeared going off being belligerent my husband and the worker exchange words at which time he threatens to call the cops ON US ! And what do you know a cop is behind us ordering he comes around we explain the situation and the manager brittney refunds us and apologizes. We are told we can leave and they will deal with it !

UPDATE: Bumping them up an additional star even though issues remain. Some days, the food is outstanding; other days you get limp fries and a shake that tastes like a combination of the four they just handed out the window to the guy in front of you. They’ve also recently gotten into the habit of not filling up fry containers all the way on every other visit. Pictured is my barely filled large fry from Saturday. If the food were as consistent as it used to be when they reopened, I’d go 5 stars. For now, they’re a solid 3.

Don’t use the app or expect a manager to care for any problems that might arrive from using their app to order food. Was told by the manager they could not find my order and she had no idea what to do. No refund nor would they make the order. I showed proof and the entire order plus the charges that where already pulled from my bank. It magicly showed up 20 minutes later as I was treated like it was my fault and I am bothering everyone there thus should just leave and be out the money I was already charged. Almost an hour later just to finally get the order I placed and it was still wrong even after I showed the entire order several times to the manager.

Been eating at this location every once in a while for the last several years. Food is generally good and the service is decent. This time, more than usual, we were very impressed with the service. Dottie was very kind and respectful. She alone made it worth 5 stars!

I went inside for dinner and ordered at the kiosk. Very quick and easy process. Dottie, one very nice employee, brought out the food very fast and made sure to check on us as we ate. She was very welcoming! We were in and out in about 25min with good service and good food.
