U walk in, have to order from koisk, pay there, get ur name called to pick up food, (which still had an error) bus your own table… No human contact at all…no wonder the place was empty…id never return! It was not warm, friendly or welcoming at all…

Decent stake n shake. Understaffed like everywhere else. The employees were nice. Typical smash burgers. Good shakes. They have applesauce, hot dogs, grilled cheese, and chicken tenders for the kids.

Would normally never do this but I put in an online order at 11 and my payment was taken from my card and was told to arrive at 11:24. Got there early and waited until the time it said. Once I got into line I was looked at by and employee and manager and sat for at least 15 minutes before I knocked on the window and was ignored. A minute later a girl came to the window stating they were closed after getting herself a drink and ignoring me again. I told her through the window I had placed an order online and she again said they were closed even though on their window it says they are open until midnight. I wouldn’t have cared as much if I hadn’t been ignored by not only an employee but a manger as well, looks from both of them were exchanged as if they had an issue I was there. Just sad service after I’m just trying to get dinner and they were a different option I was hoping to have since it’s usually only Taco Bell or McDonald’s open by the time I get off work. No wonder they have no business every time I drive by.

Now an order yourself dine in situation. Was a bit slow to get food, but food was OK. Fountain Coke machine is calibrated with a bit too little syrup for Coke and Dr. Pepper. They did bring food out to table, but we were the only ones there. Floor was sticky. Otherwise seemed clean.
