Place had a stench, food took super long. I ordered a bun less burger with lettuce, tomato and paid extra for grilled onion. I didn’t get the grilled onions and when I took it back up there to get the onions when they brought my burger back out to me they had removed my tomato, super weird. The manager was nice enough about it and corrected it but by the time I got my food my family was done eating theirs.

Ok first off the quality of the food was excellent. The shakes are great and the food was delicious. I ordered 3 shakes and a tenders combo. They gave me my shakes now I am the only one in the vehicle. I did get a drink carrier but they asked me to pull up to wait for the tenders. Now it’s a pretty day high 60s. 12 minutes later they bring my food out. They were not busy with inside dining nor was their drive through busy. My shakes were really soupy when I arrived home and passed them out. Their food isn’t cheap.

This was a decent stop for after being at Turkey Run. It’s not my natural go-to, but the food was decent (it’s not Chick-fil-A) the service members ranged from excited to help to annoyed (annoyed was in the minority) Ordering it’s all on a computer and the computer experience is hilariously choppy, hilarious because of the large computer towers they have hosed underneath the computers for ordering. Overall, I wouldn’t come here to expect something spectacular, more of a “good enough” sort of environment.

What a shock of change! No personal service, no waitress or waiters to take your order. You order your food from a computer. Pay take your receipt, wait for your name to be called. Then while ordering combo the shakes. You’re not able to add information to the order. Then g.offer to help! But same time informed us no whipping cream. My point to this is the customer wouldn’t know that they haven’t got an item. Not remove from the computer menu. The Double cheeseburger asked no onions. Had to return to the counter for that. The fries were hard greasy cold on all three orders . So, not for disability people. Which I myself has many physical health problems. When I went to correct my onion on the hamburger, Now that person acts like not attentive to their mistake. Didn’t care! Walks away as I stated thank you! No acknowledging at all . Once again I said Thank you! She replied as walking away! Steak & Shake you just ruined the retro experience of this establishment.
