This was the best steak and shake in the quad cities! Makes a perfect spot for after the fair! Super fast customer service made it through the drive through and got out food and 12 shakes in less than 1 minute! Susan at the counter said she’s been stuck in there for 3 years now. Chained to the floor. She has the best customer service I know why they keep her around!

Ordered Frisco melt with fries, side of sauteed onions… had to explain what sauteed meant … then they put they onions on my burgers…. that’s not the side… wait was 18 minutes in drive through.. I would have left without food…. but was blocked in.

The service was better than the food, today. Joanne R. provided awesome personality and service. The order was missing a detail and she noticed it and expressly took care of it. The taste and prep of the burger was kind of lacking, today, but this has not always been the case. I am usually pretty satisfied with my experience, here. I will be returning.

Food was good. They accommodated me with my burger as I didn’t want the bun. Our waitress, Fawn, was very nice and attentive. The floors could have been a little cleaner as there were receipts and paper towels laying on the floor next to the trash bins. Someone did pick some of them up later during our visit.

It started off a little slow as there was only one waitress for the whole evening. Snow had all the others call in. But once we began to get served, it was great!! Our waitress was a sweetheart and very good at her job. The food was good and being there with friends & family was wonderful. …..And then my windshield wiper broke on the way out. :D. But that was soon fixed, too. 😀

Food is decent. However there’s a waitress there that can’t put personal problems behind and makes it be an unprofessional location and she isn’t personable besides the fact of this. The food took a little while to come out and wasn’t right but instead of making them make it right we just ate what came out so we could leave.

The food is good for what it is… inexpensive fast food. But every time I go to one of these restaurants, the tables aren’t cleared, kitchen is cluttered, and there’s not enough help. Tonight I was supposed to get a cookie with my meal, but they ran out of cookies. Then I overheard a waitress say they were out of chili. I don’t know why I just haven’t learned to avoid this chain. At least the employees were friendly.

It was not extremely busy at the time of my visit. I was seated within 5 minutes of getting there but it went down hill from there. It took almost 20 minutes for a server to come to my table. When a server showed up, it wasn’t the person who was supposed to be my server. McKenzi, the girl who served me, seemed to be serving 95% of the tables in the place. She noticed I had been sitting their and took the time to help me. She is great employee. The food was great. But for the rest of the wait staff, I saw them doing more standing around then working.
