I was stuck in the area while my car was getting worked on. Walked in 11:30 on a weekday, everything was perfectly clean. Haven’t been to a S&S in at least 15 years. No servers, only kiosks which we’re very intuitive. Got the double w cheese meal, as soon as I finalized the order the cook came out and started making everything fresh. The cook was very friendly and brought it right to me. The food was all excellent!! As I sat enjoying my meal I couldn’t believe how good the quality is for under $9. I’ll be back!

What are we already to the days of the Jetsons? No waitress and only kiosk to order from. I don’t get that. It didn’t appear to be very clean either. Saw only 3 employees staying in the back and then the kiosk asks for a tip! For what? Me getting all my own stuff. I’m sorry but I should have just went through the drive thru unless that was a kiosk too. Food was decent

A personal favorite but we rarely eat here since the “human malware” shut places down. We dined in for a quick brunch before a delayed appointment. There were only the touch screen menus to take our order. We were able to grab our own drink cups after paying. The only thing I would change is putting a small stack of to-go containers by the utensil area so I don’t have to try to wave down an employee. They were all in the back, out of sight.

The service was horrible they kept messing up our order and were having trouble with their payment system. And then the cashier was giving us attitude and giving us dirty looks the whole time we were there even though she kept messing up. In the end we still got burnt/wrong food and the whole process took over 40 minutes just to order and get out food. We ordered for 6 people.

I think this establishment is staffed with people who don’t want to work. It’s a 24 hour establishment but they claim they are “unfortunately” closed at 9:30pm. There are people inside eating at tables and in booths yet the doors are locked. A third party food delivery carrier drove up to pick up an online order but was not granted access and had to drive off without his customers order. A couple walked up to the doors and all employees ignored them. As the couple peeked through the windows, one of the employees pulled down the shades. It seems as if they don’t want more people to come in or place orders for food. This establishment is poorly ran during the evening or is staffed with a manager who doesn’t want to perform their job accordingly. Online and even through their third party carrier still claims “open 24/7”.

7/3/23 update – if you like hot dogs they are a must try! They butterfly the dogs and sear them nice and crispy on the grill. Everything on it is only ketchup and mustard but they do have relish available on request. It was one of the best hot dogs I’ve ever had! My guy loves the burgers & said this location gets high marks for quality, freshness & flavor.

It was 5:35pm on Sunday evening. we went in to get shakes. No one even acknowledged us. All the Kiosks said they were closed. The person who was cooking kept looking up at me while my kids were telling me what they wanted. No said anything to me. The hours on the door said 10am-10pm so I did not know the dining room was closed. I was confused on why dining room would close at dinnertime. Finally I asked hey are you guys only doing drive through orders or what’s going on? He said “ya, can you go through the drive through?” No sign anywhere saying the dining room was closed I’m not sure why people that were just staring at us like we were interrupting them. We ended up going to baskin robins instead. I’ll never go there again!
