Let me just say this was the worst trip I have ever had there. I sat in line for 20 minutes to get nothing but a burger that I didn’t order. Let me just add they were not busy once so ever! I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger and got a Swiss burger and no mushrooms the skimpiest burger I have ever seen! Very very disappointed!

I went in at 450pm to take advantage of the half off milkshakes. The employees made sure I was taken care of even though they had alot of orders to fulfill. They got my 2 milshakes i ordered to me within 10minutes. The service was great. All of the employees were communicating with each other, helping each other, and praising each other. Exactly how a work environment should be! The manager was very supportive to the employees and letting them know they did a great job! All i have to say is keep up the good work. The place was very clean as well. GOOD JOB!!!

Went for lunch, so it wast too busy. A waitress was with us immediately and did a good job at keeping our drinks filled and was very friendly. Our food was ready in under 5 minutes and tasted good.

Decided to go for breakfast today. After waiting 40 minutes for our food, decided to speak to a manager. Manager was clueless. Waitress then came over and slammed food down on table. Eggs and hashbrowns were burnt. Too much talking and putting customers on the back burner. Table before us said they waited 30 minutes for food. Table that came in after us waited 20 minutes for coffee. Unacceptable! Corporate really needs to clean house at this location.

This Steak’ n Shake is honestly one of the worst ones I have ever been to. There always seems to be a handful of people working, although I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for someone to take my order through the drive thru….with one person in front of me. Taking the order should just be a quick transaction and I understand having to wait sometimes, but this was a little ridiculous. Then I waited another 25 minutes to get my food, which was just one meal. This isn’t my first experience with this place, however this was my last time.

I called in order around 2 pm. When I went to pick up was not ready. I thought it was being made. When I went to pay the coupon was not applied. When I got home fries were not fresh cold and hard. It was my first time eating here and my home was 2 minutes from store. They also did not complete my order was missing side of cheese dip for awful ff. I’ll not order from them in any time too soon if ever.

It’s a different experience. One may or may not get what one ordered. It’s a surprise each and every time. The employee’s lack incentive. It’s like they don’t care about the quality of service. Actually received one Hamburger that looked like someone had stepped on. Part of the fault is the owners. Employee’s need encouragement and respect, which in turn results in better quality of service. Something’s missing at this store.
