What happened here? I am accustomed to being greeted at the door by friendly waitstaff. Here there were 4 machines and no employees in sight. I thought this was Steak ‘n Shake, not McDonald’s? Do they really want to be more McDonald’s like? My order was submitted at the kiosk, but wrong on delivery. Waitstaff did correct the issue, but were not pleased. I hope this is not a nationwide trend and merely a one location issue.

I should have taken a picture, but a couple weeks ago, when all of our food went bad because of the power outage, I came to Steak ‘N Shake. They were very polite, and timely. When I got home with my food and opened my box to my burger, it looked like something out of a magazine or commercial! It was so nicely put together, and tasted delicious as well. I appreciated the care that was considered when putting my burger together that day. Very pleased.

First time at a steak & shake. Driving across the country with our family and decided to try it out. Went inside for lunch and was welcomed warmly. We all got cheeseburgers and were delighted by the quality and service! Coming from California and In-n-out I would say it rates up there. Thanks for the full belly!!!

Cleanest one Ive ever been in but not having been in a steak and shake for years, I was shocked. Order on the screen, self serve, no waiter/waitress… it was a weird experience to say the least. Probably be another 10 years before I do that again.

Drive-thru order went well. However, the person making the shakes messed up one of them he took it back and gave a replacement. I was told that he should have given us the messed up shake as well, also, they put too much salt on their food

I was served the most horrendous food. Burnt tasting fries with a ton of salt, I guess to try and smother the smell and taste. Plus the burger looked 5 days old and the bacon never touched any heat. Stop serving up garbage before you make someone sick..smh AND YES THAT JUNK WENT IN THE GARBAGE..,

Terrible, took forever to order cause no one would come take it, took forever to get the food and when we did it was cold and they forgot our cheese fries, when we asked for our cheese fries it took 15 for them to bring us a small little cup of cheese (which was cold) but I guess that goes with the rest of our cold food. Will not be coming back.
