I’d been out showing property ALL day and was starving! I hadn’t been here in probably a year since I’d heard it wasn’t that good now. Well either I was SO hungry or they have vastly improved! It was really good! Flavors were really good, I do wish the fries were bigger. I think I had #7. Went through drive thru. I don’t usually eat at too many fast food places but when I do…I’ll come back!

I ate with my family here at lunchtime 7/13/23 and I have to say this location has definitely improved over the past few months!!! Charlie and Parker were my servers and they were both super sweet and attentive! I really wish there was a tip jar at the counter. The kitchen was a little slow but that was because it was busy, the quality was amazing. Very good well seasoned burger from the short blonde boy on the grill! Fries were nice and fresh and even my tea tasted like it was just brewed specifically for me. My sons had nothing but good things to say about their meals as well – fresh chicken and a great cheeseburger! It’s very sad to read the reviews about how poorly management is treating their employees because they’re all doing a spectacular job and never failed to have a smile on their faces the whole time I was there, they deserve what payment they’re lacking and much more.

Nice burger place. Friendly staff. Burgers are pretty good. Fries are too thin which makes them cold fast. So start with your fries first. I like their seasoning on the side. I will rate them again later when I explore more options on the menu.

My wife and I ate there last week each had a combo meal paid with card. While we were getting drinks a woman who worked there in the back came to me and said we didn’t pay or our card didn’t go thru. I pulled out my receipt that I had to ask for when ordering and said according to my receipt I paid. She said oh well would you come to the counter. She showed us to the counter then went into the back. After several minutes I stopped her as she was bringing out an order and asked if she found out what was going on with my order she was very nonchalant said oh it was someone else. Never even apologized for the inconvenience very rude. After eating I ordered 2 shakes to go the guy behind the counter said I will bring them out to you after I asked for my receipt a second time. After seven minutes I went back to the counter and asked where our shakes were with my receipt. He said oh I’m sorry I forgot who ordered them and had to remake them. I waited at the counter the second time. The food was good quality the shakes were very thin not thick at all. Service terrible worst service at any steak and shake that I ever had in any state.

One of the best places to eat in West Plains. Everyone is so friendly and you can really tell the staff knows what they are doing. The management should be proud. One of the only fast food places where I don’t feel sick after eating there.
