Floors were dirty with wet paper towels on the floor. Food was fresh and our server was very polite and friendly. The manager was cursing and being very unprofessional behind the counter as well as out on the floor. Limited menu. I generally like S&S but will not be returning to this location.

Three of us stopped in for lunch. We placed our order for three burgers. After waiting 40 minutes and watching tables that came in after us be served, eat their meal, and leave someone finally decided to check on our order. They said they ran out of receipt paper as our order was placed. I think the server would have realized we were still sitting there while others were being served. When we finally got our food the order was wrong and the food was cold. The manger gave us $3 off our bill. What an insult. The men’s bathroom had no soap or paper towels. We won’t be back to this location.

Stopped at this location to redeem my free milkshake. This location on Campbell St would not redeem it. The waitress was extremely nice, but her manager was rude. When she showed her manager my coupon, he replied, “what is that”?! (This happened on July 27th, 2023 at 4:30pm)..The waitress came over to me and said they could not redeem it. I went to the location on Glenstone Ave and they gladly accepted my coupon.

This place is a joke. Went through the drive through with one order ahead of us and barely anyone in the restaurant. Waited over 20 minutes for two bacon egg and cheese biscuits and then the order wasn’t even right when we got it. Then waited another 10 minutes to actually get the two biscuits we ordered. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Bought a double burger with onion & bbq sauce meal, at this establishment.. yesterday thurs 21st – 1st time trying it out! The service was excellent. The manager was working the drive thru, she was excellent. The food … was nothing spectacular, unfortunately. If you’re a ONE patty kinda person, I’d get the double bcz they’re super thin. Patty is smaller than the bun size which sucks.. Noone wants to eat more bread, rather than what’s on the inside of the burger!

Myself and family stopped in here and if it wasn’t for the kind lady that waited on us I wouldn’t have even gave a 1 star review. Order was 3 steak burger combos and a chicken finger combo. What we got should have been called kids meals!!
