Ordered the original dbl with cheese, thought I had the cheese covered but no, you have to order as a add on. Miss the orange and lime freezes. The burger went to salt heaven in other words too much salt. Been eating at Steak ‘n Shake for 70+ years do not mind not having waitresses but need to get back to the original recipes

I like the ordering system inside. Made it easy to order my burger the way I wanted it and showed us all of the toppings and sides available. Service was very quick. Only complaint was that the burgers were very”wet” and the meat seemed warm not hot like right off the grill.
