Steak Out has always been one of my favorite places to get a steak, but my recent experience has left me disappointed. I almost didn’t even order when I saw how much the prices had increased (31.00 for sirloin tips!!!), but I was craving so I splurged. We spent 70.00 for two meals and some extra rolls. The rolls were stale (sad, because they’re usually one of the best parts), the potatoes were overcooked to the point that the inside was turning dark, and about half of the steak was chewable. I had to spit out so much of it because it was too tough to get down. My husband and I tried to pull one piece of steak apart with our fingers like a wishbone and couldn’t tear it. I literally quit eating because my jaws were tired from trying to chew the meat. The salads were good and fresh though. Very disappointing.

My experience was very underwelming. I paid 3.50 to change a side salad out for chips and it came in a very small bowl. The baked potato that I exchanged in another meal was double charged to my ticked and came out extremely tiny. I admit I should have looked at my order before leaving the store but I expected a 45 dollar meal to be decent. My cheesesteak was okay at best. I do not recommend the Warner robins Ga location. I have enjoyed the Jacksonville FL location in the past and would recommend the owner maybe have a cross train to help this location provide a better product. Thanks

So I have had a lot of steak in my life and nothing compares with Steak Out! I have had it a couple times now during quarantine and I will for sure add steak out to my rotation of restaurants. I most recently had the cheesesteak and I loved the juiciness of the steak and could definitely tell that both the steak and vegetables were fresh. The staff were very careful with the health restrictions when I picked up my food from the store. I honestly can’t wait to try the next item on my list, maybe the sirloin T-bone steak!

Have been enjoying Steak Out for over 20 years. All the locations in my area (Jacksonville FL) are closed now, so I drive to this Warner Robins location a few times a year. Their staff is always very friendly and I appreciate that this location offers a place to dine in.

I don’t know what happened but the food we received from Steak-Out, Saturday Oct.15, was not the same quality we’re used to. I ordered the Cheesesteak sandwich, just to try something new. Big mistake. It was practically a vegetarian sandwich since the onions, peppers, and mushrooms outnumbered the cubes of tough, overcooked steak. (I requested the steak medium-rare.) Even my husband’s hamburger was not up to Steak-Out’s usual standards. Not to mention the price was ridiculous. Almost $50 for 2 people!
