Just got home with food for my kids. I ordered a kids cheeseburger and a kids chicken sandwich. The cheeseburger was ordered medium well and it had blood coming out of the meat. The meat also still had the mushy raw meat look to it. I’m the type of guy that orders my burgers medium and my steaks medium rare and I was even grossed out by this. My wife and I had already ate supper and was hoping to have an easy Saturday night that didn’t involve cooking. We basically paid $14.34 for one kids chicken sandwich and still had to cook because the burger was not edible. On top of this the thermostat inside the restaurant read 82 degrees. That’s the reason for the bad atmosphere score also. The employee I dealt with was friendly and I dealt sorry for them having to work in that heat the entire day.

Ordered delivery within prescribed time. Placed order and paid. Was given a call back saying they require a minimum to deliver despite being less than 10 minutes from the store and ordered from there delivery multiple times. Then once corrected was informed they were no longer delivering that evening even though they had plenty of time. Was told I could pick it up. If I wanted takeout I would have ordered takeout and if I wasn’t given the run around there would be plenty of time to deliver. Seems as though they just didn’t feel they wanted to do their jobs until the job is done. Cancelled order, very dissatisfied and disappointed.

They left out my extra roll(which I paid for) and didn’t give me my second free sweet tea(as you can request your free tea for a pick up order; one per entree). I specifically asked for my two free teas over the phone when placing the order and they only gave me one, (i did order two entrees). The food is always great! The staff is always friendly.

I absolutely love the customer service here! The nighttime manager with the green hair is always so attentive and sweet , and the teenage boy manager is very polite , I highly recommend eating here to my friends and family! Even if something is wrong with my order they are very good with fixing it or giving me a in-store credit for my next delicious meal 🙂

My family and i love this place. The staff here is amazing the little pink haired girl and her nighttime manager are always so nice my daughter is four and knows the girls by name and always ask if they are there. It doesn’t matter how busy they are they always take time to say hi to her and it just makes her day. Between that and the food we are here at least once a week.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I waited for over an hour for food ( which that wasn’t the problem cause they are always that slow no matter what). My issue is why is the cook wearing her hair in a loose ponytail & no hair net and wearing house shoes??? the 45 I was in store waiting I watched her touch raw meat and her hair, and didn’t change gloves one time. This place is going downhill & needs better employees before they do get shut down!

I did not receive the same service that I’ve been getting there for years. There was a 16-year-old at the counter. My food took 25 or so minutes for it to be done and I was the only person placing order inside. When I asked to speak to someone in the young man said there was no one else for me to speak to besides him. Not the type of service I’m used to at this location. It was my favorite.
