The food served here is always prepped that day. The workers are always polite and friendly. If something is wrong with your order, it is always corrected. This is the best restaurant in the metro east. I’ve seen reviews saying that it’s too expensive. My family, of four, costs me 30 dollars at McDonald’s. Steak out costs me 40 dollars. It’s only a 10 dollar difference, but a world of difference in the quality of food. Fast food chains will fall by the wayside sooner then later. Steak out, diners, and family owned restaurants will get the business they finally deserve. Fast food companies worked because it was so affordable. That’s not the case any longer. Steak out is family ran and always on point. Like I said before, if they don’t execute, they will replace your order.

I purchased $37 worth of food my T-Bone steak was not hot. I asked for medium rare and it was really rare not to my liking. The rolls cold and my baked potato not hot at all. Only thing I thought looked good was the salad. I put the food in the microwave because I’m on a schedule for eating meals. I am so disappointed all the money you pay and the huge disappointment that follows.

BEST food ever. Wish I lived in delivery range. I always get the tips, medium well. The steak sauce is so good it cured my cancer. The customer service is also really good too. I’ve lived in the Metro area for 15+ years and they have had consistent service, even post pandemic. Please never close.

I hadn’t had Steak Out in over 7 years since I left Illinois, I had a craving and drove 30 miles to get some and baby, ain’t nothing changed. That steak was so awesome, and the loaded bake potato is still to die for. Everything was good, and the young lady that took care of my order was very professional and appreciated me as a customer. It won’t be 7 years again, I just wish one was closer.

There is hope !! I ordered a steak tip dinner and cheesecake at 5:45pm (main dinner rush time) on a Sunday. Not only was it delivered on the promised delivery time by a very nice woman, the order was CORRECT! And everything was AMAZING !! With everyone being short staffed lately i felt like ordering delivery (steak at that) was going out in a limb… I was very pleasantly surprised and will definitely be ordering again!
