has been sending fully thawed, inedible meats, that are improperly packaged for shipment and will not respond to emails or any customer service contact about the items they sent us, charged us for, but we cannot consume.

I’m so very sad to be writing this. My family has enjoyed this service for years until recently. However, this company is now charging credit cards and not delivering orders. They also do not respond to multiple inquiries about the missing orders. I’ll need to report the charge to my credit card company as fraudulent since I can’t get the company to either send the meat or refund me. Terribly disappointed as the meat was our favorite.

I was initially skeptical to use SteakChop, but decided to give it a try as it is really hard to find good quality meat. I’m SO glad that I did because they have the best tasting meat and we have been customers for over two years now. On the rare occasion that we get a selection not meeting our quality standards, Todd is always willing to either reimburse us or send an extra package of something on our next order. It’s hard to find this level of quality and service today, so I’ll continue to be a loyal customer.

I just tried this for the first time and coming from someone who always has a hard time finding quality meat but also without paying an arm and a leg, this is SUCH an AMAZING deal all around! Each box is affordable and you can choose how far apart you want them sent out to you. You can also choose different meats for each box so it doesn’t get boring or routine. The quality of the meat is fantastic and Mike showed me each and every thing that was included so I could see everything before I paid. I will definitely be cooking up a storm and continuing my membership!

So incredibly pleased with the quality! We have used other delivery services – like Blue Apron- where every ingredient for our meal was included (except the times when they forgot to send ingredients) and we enjoyed them for the most part, but the recipes that are available with Steakchop and the quality of meat are amazing. So far we’ve had the Porterhouse Steaks, Chicken Breasts, Hamburgers, and Bistro Filets/Beef Teres Major. Tonight I cooked the recipe for Bistro Filet Au Poivre with the beef teres major from our first box and it was absolutely amazing, I wish we had invited some family or friends for dinner! We easily could’ve fed 4 people, it was definitely the perfect meal for visitors. We will continue to order from steakchop!
