June 2023 tried the fried artichokes and wagyu sashimi. Delicious! Bread and butter were perfect… best bread around . We keep coming back for the Denver steak and Malbec.

I have to request a 100 if possible, my first time, and it was absolutely delicious, I couldn’t stop eating and I eat very little, this is one of the most Cleanest place in town! The food please, let’s get them a Michelin, it reminds me a place in France called the entrecote, simple and delicious, and I got the Pleasure to meet the Owner’, she is absolutely delightful thank you so much, I’ll be back soon. Ohhh, last but not least the HONDURAN COFFEE, YESSS PLEASE.

Gorgeously crafted cocktails and exquisitely balanced salads round out the steak only mains. I am not a big meat eater, but the rest of my party raved over their steaks and I did not leave hungry after eating all the beautiful sides. The wait staff was very professional and the atmosphere was festive and lively. A great special occasion night out.

We had sourdough bread (great), Big Sur cocktails (very unique taste), the full wagyu ribeye for 3-4 people (wonderful; the marbling and taste was better than other American wagyu we’ve had), the Japanese A5 wagyu (very cool presentation, on a salt block at the table), duck fat fries (great), king oyster mushrooms (great), some red wine (I don’t remember which, we’re not wine people, but it seemed good, and our friend, who ordered it, agreed), and cannoli (I’ve never before had cannoli I liked, but I really enjoyed this one; the husband picked up the recipe in New York) and flourless chocolate cake for dessert.

We just had one of the best dinners ever at SteakCraft. The setting is perfect, a wonderful, lovely dining area, filled with oversized photographs. And then you get to the menu and the wine list – both incredible – a handful of selections on the menu is all that is needed, and the wine list would make any oenophile envious. Go there anytime we aren’t in town, so we can enjoy this terrific spot again!!

Fantastic! Best steak I’ve ever had–and the spectacular duck fat fries are addictive. The charcuterie board was also incredible and the dessert was equally wonderful. The bread, which they bake from scratch in-house, was delicious too. I went back for coffee and their homemade donuts this morning–the place is called “Bread Song” during the day–and found that they were every bit as good as the dinner I enjoyed. I highly recommend!

My wife and I had our first dinner at SteakCraft the other night. I’ve never had Wagyu beef before and it was a treat. We started with a cocktail – my wife had the Big Sur because it had Chareau in it and we had never had that, and I had the Rio de Janiero (see pic). Yummy. We shared a burrata bowl for an appetizer, then I had the Denver steak and my wife had the cowgirl ribeye. We shared the Brussels sprouts with bacon. Everything was superb. The restaurant had just opened, so we felt no guilt in staying and enjoying a long meal and the owners – Hans and April – came by a couple of times checking to see if everything was to our liking and explaining the different cuts of meat. If you’re looking for a special meal, SteakCraft is the place.
