First time visiting from this place. Mom and Dad reconnected this place. You can literally smell the food while on the outside of the building. Customer Service is wonderful and I love it here. Mom and dad got seafood and l order lemon pepper wings and fries. Come and check it out you all. You will not be disappointed.

Whoever is the young lady working there now is very rude with taking orders and very unprofessional, other than that every thing else is great. Also, i had to wait 16 mins and 48 sec on the phone with the young lady. When I arrived to pick up my food, there was no one in the restaurant.

Yesterday, we placed an order online at 9:33 pm and got a “ready for pickup” notification at 9:43 pm. When we arrived at 9:53 pm to pick up the food, we were told that our order was deleted “because (we) close at 10.” Confused as to what that had to do with anything as it was not yet 10 pm, we were ushered out and told to “come back tomorrow for a refund.” Today we returned for a refund and was told that “too long had passed” and that we were unable to get our money back. This is a joke?

My first time there, and I can’t recommend highly enough. The fried shrimp was absolutely fantastic and the sides were great as well. I live in Lake Caroline and I can’t believe this is my first visit there, but I will be a regular going forward for sure.

We left DFW at 7 this AM but due to a trailer losing its wheel we were delayed in Shreveport for 4 hours… After arriving here in Gluckstadt at 9 PM…the kiddos wanted crab. We always visit this place as we love their seafood. The gentleman that is usually here is always pleasant . However, tonight, we encountered a different atmosphere with an older female. Was not pleasant upon our arrival and just seemed off-put by our order. We will definitely continue to support their establishment but hope that we do not encounter this current experience EVER AGAIN! SHE JUST SEEMS ANGRY! we just spent a BILL!

Food was excellent. Service is not friendly at all. Jumbo fried shrimp are the best. They also have tons of side items! We had sweet potato fries and corn. Prices are great.

I got the Shrimp Dinner with Potatoes and Corn on Cob. This meal was really good – shrimp peeled easily and tail slide right out. Potatoes was good but could use a touch more seasoning. Corn was excellent and the shrimp sauce you have to get.
