Love supporting food trucks and local businesses. Very friendly folks, priced fairly @ $10 for a sliced brisket sandwich for lunch, with onions, pickles, jalapeños, and their sauce. The jalapeño bun was awesome. The only thing keeping me from 5 star review is the brisket was a little overcooked or dry. Will give it a 2nd try soon

well I stopped by after 11:00, I walked in and there wasn’t a sign or menu of what is served and no one spoke to customers at least not when i was there. Oh and the food wasn’t ready to serve LOL. Just like many places in Granbury its not customer focused. Texas is known for good/ great food just not granbury it seems.

We got a sandwich plate and some brisket. It was OK, Glad to have anther option in Granbury. Going to give another try. I thought the brisket was a little dry, that’s a tough piece of meat to cook right. I travel the country eating bbq as it’s my favorite food so my expectations are high. Looking forward to trying again. Update, friend brought me ribs and they were so so tough. I won’t eat here again.

They had all kinds of awards they had won from some kind of bbq cook off in Granbury on the counter where you place your order. I need to enter this contest if this is the caliber of bbq that won. The brisket was dry. It was also rubbery. Like trying to eat a bicycle inner tube. Surely there’s better.
