TLDR: Operations difficulties (errors in pizza, closing before time while still allowing online orders to go through, poor communication). Poor mask hygiene by an employee. Not a comforting thought for a small, hot building with people making food for the public during a pandemic.

They cannot get an order right to save there lives! 8 out of 10 times it’s been wrong. My wife has called them and told them they have to shape up several times. I’ve called them several times and expressed my disappointment. We ordered over the phone. How hard is it to make a pizza? Come on! Taking our business elsewhere and it’s not going to be Redboy.

These are some of the hardest working professionals I have ever seen. My family and I just enjoyed another outstanding meal from Stefano’s Terra Linda. They were busy when I picked up my order because it’s Friday night, but they went out of their way to make sure that I was taken of along with many other customers. Thank You Stefano’s!

I know times are tough… but when your paying the same prices for a pepperoni pie you hope you’ll get enough pepperoni’s to cover the x- large pie! It’s ridiculous. We try to help by spending our limited funds to buy food from our local pizza place at least once a week. I wish I could attach the image of our pie. Very disappointed. Not sure if we’ll buy from here again.

If I could give a negative star I would the pizza was not only burnt but it was all so soggy cold lacking completely in flavor and all you could taste was the citric acid in the tomato sauce. I don’t know what happened I used to love Stefano’s I grew up in the valley I used to have it every day pretty much after school but man they really gone downhill
