Ordered delivery and was told it would be about 30 minutes. After an hour and a half I called back and they said the card never went through so they didn’t make it. No call or nothing to let me know. They typed the cc number in wrong. After correcting it they finally delivered an hour later.(over two hours from the initial call).

I ordered a mushroom pizza from the Columbiaville store last Saturday. What I got was a cold mushroom and sausage which I believe was ordered by someone else that had never been picked up. I was also charged extra for their mistake. While I and other customers waited, one of the employees came out with a mop and pail to clean the floors.

Ordered a chicken palm roll for my wife and I today were very disappointed. There was really no chicken at all and there was so much cheese and we ended up picking at it and throwing most of it out.

I had two bad experiences with this restaurant in the beginning of the month we ordered two dinner salads and 2 dinners. The salads were top with meat and chicken. They look lovely but underneath the toppings, the vegetable we spoiled. The cucumbers were clear and the skin of the tomatoes were wrinkled and rotted. I contacted the restaurant so they could quality control the rest of the salads. It was suggested to me that I emailed pictures of the salads and receipt. I did but did not receive a reply. The second incident happen tonight. Sorry to say the chicken wings were bad/spoiled meat. The chicken wings had a smell and a flavor that indicated they had spoiled. I return them to the store for proof and frustration.

Stopped in today for the first time…..a pleasant surprise. We travel all over the Capital District and Hudson Valley searching for new pizzas to try and today found a new one to add to our rotation. Excellent pie with plentiful toppings. Delicious freshly prepared and generous amount of eggplant topping ! Had a nice conversation with owner William……he certainly knows his pizza ! We will return !

Sent an email telling me to come 10 minutes later than the order online said. I showed up 15 minutes early. Food was ready when i got there. I live 1/2 a mile down the road. Food was cold. Wings were slimy and undercooked, cheese looked fake on my sub and was horrible. We ordered wings, pizza, a Stromboli, and a pepperoni sub. We threw everything out. Terrible food. I was warned the food was bad but not that it was this bad. Dont Waste Your Money.

My fiancé and I are lovers of Stella’s pizza (Hudson) so we were ecstatic when they were adding a location right near our house. We’ve ordered twice from here and have been disappointed in different ways both times. Unfortunately the first time, we were told to pick up our pizzas in 10 minutes, which we did but when I got there the lady kept answering the phone without dealing with customers in front of her. When she finally got to me in line she said they probably just put the pies in the oven. I ended up waiting in store for another 20 minutes. The second time they made us the wrong pizzas and didn’t quite offer any solutions other than “sorry”. The bill was $50 for two pizzas.
