After conducting thorough research and enduring a long waitlist at other establishments, we finally made it to Stem, and it was worth the wait! The brunch experience here was truly top-notch. I decided to indulge in a cider flight, which offered a delightful variety of flavors. Alongside that, I couldn’t resist ordering their bacon and chocolate pancake, which was a unique and delicious combination. Additionally, I opted for a classic bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich that was nothing short of perfection. The surrounding area of Stem also had some charming shops, and conveniently located nearby was a coffee place that served an excellent CBD-infused cold brew. It was the perfect spot to complement our brunch experience.

Interesting cindery with great low cal/carb options. When it’s busy, expect to wait for service but the staff was friendly enough and the variety of ciders was great. I recommend stopping by when you’re in the area. They also have beer, wine, and cocktails and the food looked great.

My boyfriend and I went here on a Tuesday afternoon and it was so chill and the service was amazing. For drinks we got the lavender cider and the chile guava margarita. The margarita is refreshing and very yummy and the cider was great.The tempura deviled eggs and bison short rib poutine were delicious to start. I got the coney dog and my boyfriend got the green chile & pepper jack burger. We both were obsessed with the coney dog, but my boyfriend thought the burger was too salty. Other than that it was a delightful experience!

Great cider selection and really solid food options!! All the staff was super friendly! Menu is mostly sandwiches/burgers and some nice apps to go with your cider, typical downtown prices- so not unreasonably expensive, but not cheap? Highly recommend the “specialty frites” option- the duck fat fries were incredible!

Went to brunch at Stem last week the morning after getting married. We mentioned it to our waitress and the staff was really sweet and brought us some doughnuts free of charge and some free drink tickets for our next visit! I appears love coming here and love the new space! Definitely try the tempura fried deviled eggs!
