I would argue that this is the best deli in New York, which it easily is. This is certainly the best deli in the Greenport area. We come every time that we visit. The staff is amazing, the food is all so fresh. Truly our favorite spot for lunch.

I work in Greenport and on Shelter Island on a regular basis and Sterlington is my go to for breakfast every day I’m out here. The food is awesome, and very reasonably priced. Fred the owner is a super nice guy and I look forward to every day I get to have one of their omelets with home fries and hot sauce!

Freddy is the man. He hooked us up for a family party we were having at the house in east Marion. Everyone raved about the 3 ft. chix cutty sammy. Mac and potato salad were also fan favorite’s.

Was staying in Greenport for a few nights over Thanksgiving holidays and came upon this gem. The owner was very welcoming and recommended the BEC on a roll which was delicious! Hearty portion of crispy bacon makes the sandwich! Highly recommend!
