I’m not a good review person, or a review poster but this place deserves it! Don’t be fooled by the the small building or the fact it’s next to a quick lube! The gal up front was kind and gracious! I had 1/2 dozen 6-6 1/2 blue crab, 1/2 pound of the large shrimp and an order of the long neck clams. I just missed out on the oysters as they were sold out, meaning they must’ve been good! You order to go or for the outside picnic tables. They told me 20 mins and the food will be brought out, it was only about 10! The food was so amazing! Everything was so fresh, the taste was so clean! Please go to this place! The price was great compared to most we’ve seen while visiting. It is literally the first place off the bridge from Annapolis! The best places to eat are sometimes the hole in the wall! This is the crown jewel of the Chesapeake Bay! DO IT!!! Look for the crab statue in the front! You won’t be disappointed!

Our family loves the Stevensville Crab Shack and have been enjoying their food for years. Every visit is always pleasant and full of that local vibe. If you’re calling in a carryout order or just walking in their front door, you’re are always greeted with a positive attitude. It is a small local spot right off the highway next to an air strip. Plenty of tables outside to relax, enjoy your meal and watch the planes take off and land (my son’s favorite part). The food is great and keeps us coming back for more. The crab cakes here do not play and are FILLED with lump crab. Also those deviled eggs shouldn’t be slept on, they are a favorite of ours. If you are looking to get your fix for your favorite seafood done right this local gem is your spot.

Our second time here. First time we got crabs and they were really good. This time, we got shrimp and wings. The shrimp was good, the wings were very undercooked. They were unusually chewy and pink/red inside. See picture.

This is a small take out seafood shack on Kent Island. Amazing food, fast service, competitive pricing! Everything I have ever had there is good. Maryland crab soup, shrimp salad, hush puppies, fried shrimp, steamed crabs, etc. There are a few picnic tables outside where you could wait for your order or eat picnic style with the items you purchase. Additionally, if you continue down the road this is on you will come to the Chesapeake bay and have an amazing view of the Bay Bridge! Hush puppies are the bomb here!

This place was the highlight of our trip to Maryland. Very fresh crab at a reasonable price. I loved the soft shell crab sandwich. Only regret was we only ordered one. The shrimp and crab Cake combo tasted great as well. We ordered a dozen female crabs to go and the owner threw in a few extra free crabs just because. Amazing service from a family owned restaurant. Loved it. I’ll be back when I’m in the area again.

A very delicious treat. Quite possibly the best coleslaw I’ve ever had (nice balance of creamy and vinegar, plus nice seasoning). The crab cake also had ver nice seasoning and was filled with lump crab. Would definitely return here to eat!

Crab cakes tasted great but were overpriced. They were a tad bigger than an egg. Sides were overpriced as well. Their patter is 17 $ that comes with one small crab cake and 2 average sides. Gave them 3 stars for the flavor. I would find a better place to go next time.

Consistently great. Best fried fish sandwich, shrimp salad. Steamed shrimp. Sides good. Need to try other things as what I had was fine. Lots of good stuff. I’ll try the crab cakes next time.

If you know what to expect. You will not be disappointed. This is not dine-in. Only outside picnic tables or carry-out. It’s attached to an automotive garage. There aren’t great views of the bay.
